Fees
Current licensing fees range from $50-$95. Fees are subject to change.
Fees depend on your state and county of residence.
Fees must be paid in CASH ONLY in the EXACT amount.
Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old with valid ID.
BOTH the bride and groom MUST be physically present to apply.
Appointments for some counties is required.

There is a 24 hour waiting period.
